Yoga and meditation have been a big part of my journey and have helped me connect the body, mind and soul.
In 2015 I studied to become a yoga teacher in Nepal.
My Studies in yoga, meditation and holistic health have opened me up to the idea that not only is food an integral part of a balanced healthy lifestyle but the way we eat, move and interact is also key. They are codependent factors in our ability to live the life we dream. I have spent many years working for private clients with specific dietary requirements, developing menus which are tasty and nourishing.
I pride myself in creating mouthwatering dishes which are packed with goodness. Since 2015 I have blended my passion for cooking with my love of yoga and work with many yoga retreats globally creating delicious and nourishing plant-based wholefood.
I love to work one to one on Vinyasa flow and Pranayama classes and am available for private coaching.
I believe that finding balance is really about coming back into
your body and listening. I have found that breath work and yoga are an amazing way to do this.
I completed my 200 hour TTC with Heather Elton, in Nepal in 2015 and have since done teacher workshops with Max Strom, Shiva Rae and Sianna Sherman
